Tapas: are most widely famous in
Spanish cuisine and consist of a variety of small plates of warm and/or cold
appetizers or snacks. Instead of choosing one entree you could instead select a
wide amount of tapas. It might be especially fun to share with a group of
Sushi: is a traditional Japanese
food which can be presented in different forms and typically contains raw fish.
Some of BEYOND's sushi are made with raw fish, some are vegetarians, and some
are even fried!
Fusion: is the art of mixing
different cuisines together. The chefs inspire themselves from different
cuisines to make a traditional dish feel and look slightly different It allows
for more creativity and discoveries to present you with a surprisingly delicious
